Where we ship?

We offer free shipping worldwide! However, VAT and GST are not included in price listed and will be determined by country on delivery. Backers are responsible for these costs (VAT, GST, duties, taxes, etc) on delivery.

Warranty:

JMGO offers a one year international warranty for O1 Series from the Date of Purchase or Date of Delivery. If you have any questions about claiming your warranty, please contact us at after-services@jmgo.com with the following information for verification:

–       Serial number at bottom of the projector body, or “Settings”

–       Proof of purchase

–       Detailed problem description

Please note that more types of proof of purchase and problems may be required such as videos or pictures for identifying the problem.

Return:

【Undamaged or faulty/defective products】may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 【30】days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Buyers are responsible of return shipping costs.

Please contact after-sales@jmgo.com for detailed guidance and requirements of return. Once the returned item arrives back in the JMGO warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
